Benefits of the Visa for Parents and Children of U.S. Citizens
Allows parents and children of U.S. citizens to reside and work in the U.S. without restrictions. For Parents:
the child must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old. Financial ability must be demonstrated to prevent the parent from becoming a public charge.
For Children:
The child must be under 21 and unmarried. The U.S. citizen parent must demonstrate relationship and ability to support financially.
Process to Obtain Visa
